Ted Bayly founded Bayly’s Service, Inc. in 1945 in Troy, New York.  The company became the largest promoter of Sports and Special Event concerts in the Tri City area.  Today we are the Premiere Celebration Company in the Tri-County Region in upstate New York.

Our Special Event background created a strong foundation for the company and in 1998 after 53 years of Sports and Concert Promoting Bayly’s evolved into a full service equipment rental operation and anew company was formed, BDS Ventures Ltd., dba Bayly’s Tables, Chairs, and Tent Rentals.  We have always been dedicated to providing exceptional service and quality products necessary in creating flawless, perfect and memorable events.

Over the years Bayly’s has promoted major Sporting Events and Professional Concerts serving a wide variety of events with international exposure including;  Ice Capades, Harlem Globe Trotters, Liberace in Concert, Peter Paul and Mary in Concert, Barnum & Bailey Circus, Professional Boxing including Casius Clay and Sugar Ray Leonard, and WWE formerly WWF Professional Wrestling.  

Over the years Bayly’s has seen many changes and in 1998 after celebrating 53 years of service we have been able to continue the family tradition with second and third generations still active in the management and growth of the business.  Company President Patricia Serowick, Husband Dan, and Son Brian all contribute to the daily operations at Bayly’s Tables, Chairs and Tent Rentals.

As Leaders in our industry, we attempt to anticipate the growing needs of our customers and pride ourselves in the variety of specialty items that we continually add to our inventory.  As the “Event Experts” we pledge to make every event, an event worth remembering.
